Feng
shui is a wonderful practice that can also help businesses achieve
the success and prosperity desired. By encouraging a good flow of
energy through the business premises, it can boost the atmosphere,
help reduce conflict between work colleagues and increase the productivity
and financial success of the company. The average time for a business
consultation will vary considerably, depending on the size of the
company’s premises. For a small business it can take 4–5
hours, for a larger company it may take a day and possibly need
a further visit.
What
does a business feng shui consultation involve?
On my arrival I first look at the position and environment of the
business to check how it is located and whether there is anything
that is obstructing or hindering its growth – a road coming
straight at the business can be deemed to be inauspicious, for example.
I then map out each room or office in the business, using the modern
and ancient pa kuas, noting down the best places to site printers,
photocopiers, computers and other work equipment. I also look at
the most favourable desk or work positions and whether any poison
arrows or cutting chi from pillars or other structures are affecting
them. I then implement plants, crystals and other cures or boosting
elements to harmonise the energy and encourage business success.
Advice will also be given on how to reduce the electrical magnetical
fields (EMFs) that pollute offices and I will normally do an overall
cleansing to remove any negative predecessor energy. For big consultations
a written report will generally be included in the quoted price.
Cost
of a consultation
The cost of a consultation very much depends on the size of the
business. With a small company it can start at around £300
while for a larger firm it will range from £500 upwards.
